All questions below are frequently asked questions from my clients.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Nutritional guidance and diet plans are included in all Online Training packages.

For In-Person Training Packages (Nutritional Guidance) however is sold separately at RM120/month.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

Clients that prefer training at home are recommended having some exercise bands of varying tension as well as some light dumbbells. ​

Condominium gyms and commercial gyms are great! I will adapt to the training program accordingly.

Do you train clients overseas?

Yes I do. I do accept clients from all across the world from Thailand, Singapore, USA, UK and so on. ​Overseas payment can be made via PayPal, TransferWise, or BigPay.

How's the payment process?

I accept online transfer or cash. The payment can be done after the session ends. This only applies to physical 1:1 training. For any online training, the payment needs to be made prior the session.

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

Regular trainers focus on hitting their gym's work quota and hitting their sales target. KangFitness instead focuses on customer satisfaction and progress of the clients. KangFitness believes training shouldn't be mundane nor run off the mill. Training programs and regimes are changed occasionally (every 4 weeks) to keep training fun and exciting!

I believe Personal Training should be about the clients and never about the sales.

What is the private facebook group?

The Facebook Group is called Stronger365. It is a private group whereby all my clients are free to ask any fitness-related-questions. It is also a place where I'll share the progress of everyone, hence it is a good place to get motivated and stay motivated throughout your fitness journey.

Every member is entitled to ask one question every 24 hours and questions are to be answered within 24-48 hours.

Do you supply exercise bands?

Yes I do. The prices vary for different resistance.

RM18 for a light band, RM28 for a medium band and RM38 for a heavy band.

Where do you train your clients at?

It depends on the clients! If the client has their own gym at their condo, I can go to their condo gym to train them. Alternatively, clients can come over to my condo gym for the personal training session.
